Zentangle is a structured yet relaxing art form that involves creating intricate patterns and designs. Participants will trace their hands as the basis for their design, fill it in with unique, repeating patterns, and then add a colorful background using watercolor.
This workshop is perfect for beginners and experienced artists, emphasizing mindfulness, self-expression, and stress relief.

Tanya James received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2004 from the University of Nevada, Reno. She enjoys working with geometry, tints and shades in order to dive deeper into aspects of the subconscious. Sacred Geometry has been a part of her artistic inspiration and she has spent years studying the benefits. Her daily art practice has guided her through some of her most challenging years dealing with daily stresses, a broken leg and breast cancer. She teaches yoga and high school geometry.
