Learn to make a ladder stitch bracelet with Aurora of Snowflower Studios! In this workshop, you’ll learn about standard beading materials, how to start & finish a project, the basic skills of beading, with a focus on the foundational ladder stitch. At the end, you’ll go home with a ladder stitch bracelet.

Aurora lives in Reno, Nevada and has been making jewelry out of blades of grass and collecting smooth rocks since before she could hold a pair of pliers. She loves the meditative nature of seed bead jewelry, and loves to incorporate different techniques and stitches into her work. She is inspired and recognizes the influence of ancestral beadworker and makers from around the world, including her grandmother.
